Volunteer

Remember your high school prom? Whether it was last year or many moons ago, your sweet memories of your dress will stay with you for years to come. However, there are hundred upon hundreds of high school girls, attending Silicon Valley high schools, who may not be able to afford the expense of attending their proms.  BUT, you can help...join the PPSV by volunteering your time, donating your taffeta, and/or making a financial contribution, to help the PPSV help make prom dreams come true for deserving your ladies.

Who is a Princess Project Volunteer?

She is a woman who understands the importance of

  • celebrating bodies of all sizes
  • creating a respectful and fun atmosphere for the girls we serve
  • honoring diversity
  • demonstrating confidentiality
  • taking on any job, large or small, with a smile

Welcome back to our volunteers!!

It’s hard to believe that it’s been an entire year since we dressed and accessorized over 1,250 girls, from over 70 different Silicon Valley high schools, for their proms. Although the economic forecast is looking a bit brighter for 2012, there are still thousands of high school girls that cannot attend their proms, due to financial constraints.

Please join us again, this year, in making prom dreams come true for these girls. PLEASE LOG IN AND SIGN UP FOR AS MANY SHIFTS AS YOU CAN.

We so look forward to seeing your smiling faces!
