OUR 2026 PROM Dress Giveaway’S are avaiLABLE!
2026 PRINCESS PROJECT DRESS GIVEAWAY INFORMATION
What to bring to a giveaway event:
All Teens must show a valid high school ID, or any other proof of High School enrollment at check-in, to be admitted. We will also accept a photo or screenshot of your school ID if you do not have a physical card.
Who can shop with you:
Unfortunately, due to maximum space capacity, only students who have a scheduled appointment will be admitted into the dress area. We will have volunteers available to assist you.
Appointment Check-in and duration:
We’d love to say, “shop till you drop,” but we need to stick to our schedule to make sure we can provide the same amazing experience for every teen who walks through our doors. After checking in, you will only have the time allotted in your booking window (1 ½ hours) to find your perfect prom dress and select the perfect accessory to compliment it.
Arriving early or on time for your appointment, having your school ID, or proof of enrollment information ready, and your waiver submitted, allows you to maximize your full booking window to find the perfect dress!
If you are under the age of 18, make sure that your parent or legal guardian has submitted a waiver for you prior to your arrival or you unfortunately will not be able to shop.
Please take note that we must close promptly at the end of the last appointment session of the day.
We have thousands of beautiful dresses, sizes 0 – 30, so we’re confident we will make your dreams real!
Dress try-ons:
As there will be many students shopping and trying on dresses at the same time, and because we have a limited number of dressing rooms available, please expect to share a dressing room with others. We may also limit the number of dresses per dressing room visit to give everyone the opportunity to try on dresses.
To streamline the changing process, we suggest wearing clothing that is easy to change in and out of. Consider wearing slip-on shoes, sport bra/bike shorts, or a swimsuit under your clothes. Please also limit your personal items (backpacks, large purses, etc.) as we do not have a location to keep them safe and it will make it easier for you to shop and carry dresses.
Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes, jewelry that can snag or damage dresses, or heavy make-up that can stain dresses during try-ons.
Please note, we will not allow any food, snacks, or beverages (except water) in the dress area to avoid damage to the dresses.
Parking and Transportation:
Parking is free but can be very limited, especially during weekends. Parking is also available behind the building, with access to a breezeway that leads to the front of the building.
To plan your journey via public transportation, please visit www.VTA.Org to plan your trip.
Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment:
We understand how last-minute issues can arise. If you know you are unable to make your appointment, please be courteous and cancel your appointment as soon as possible so we can provide an opportunity for other students to schedule their preferred appointment date.
Rescheduling is easy! Just make sure you ‘cancel’ your original appointment before rescheduling.
Photos:
We have a beautiful photo backdrop where you and your friends can strike a pose and take as many photos as you like! We DO NOT allow any photos while inside the dressing rooms when other students are changing.
Dress returns or exchanges:
We want everyone to SPARKLE and SHINE for their event! However, we do not allow returns or exchanges.
Multiple Dress Appointments:
To provide other students with the opportunity to shop at our boutique, once you attend and receive a dress, you may not sign up to return on another date. Multiple appointments will be automatically deleted.
Group appointments for a School/Organization:
Group reservations must have a minimum of 15 students and must be able to book during the weekday. For more information and requests, email Rebecca Flores at: Rebecca@princessproject.org
For questions or special requests:
Please email: Rebecca@PrincessProject.org
A Friendly Reminder:
We reserve the right to sprinkle a little magic by occasionally canceling or rescheduling appointments. Please respect our wonderful volunteers' time and efforts as they generously give up their day to make your experience unforgettable!
Remember, royal beauties: Arriving fashionably early is delightful, but teens arriving within 30 minutes of our closing time will need to be rescheduled. We want to ensure every teen receives the attention and care they deserve!
Let's make every moment enchanting! Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
